With Townhomes, Midrise, and High Rise Tower housing we are able to provide 1000+ homes ranging from studios to 5 bedroom homes over multiple phases of development.

We are building a mixed-income community with ~400 deeply affordable units, ~200 moderately affordable units, and 400 units of unrestricted workforce and market rate housing

Open area will be ~73% of the site (~4 acres) with an environmental design to enhance public safety, the urban tree cover, bike and car parking infrastructure and more

We are studying the potential for geothermal energy infrastructure, electrical building systems, solar & wind energy for onsite energy, sustainable appliances and more.

We are committed to providing one for one replacement housing for all returning Westpark residents, as well as deeply affordable housing for additional PHA residents.
