With Townhomes, Midrise, and High Rise Tower housing we are able to provide 1000+ homes ranging from studios to 5 bedroom homes over multiple phases of development.

Affordability
We are building a mixed-income community with ~400 deeply affordable units, ~200 moderately affordable units, and 400 units of unrestricted workforce and market rate housing

Open Space
Open area will be ~73% of the site (~4 acres) with an environmental design to enhance public safety, the urban tree cover, bike and car parking infrastructure and more
