MSquared is a women-owned real estate impact platform focused on creating mixed-income, mixed-use projects that promote affordability, sustainability, and diversity. Led by Alicia Glen, who previously headed the Urban Investment Group at Goldman Sachs and served as New York City Deputy Mayor of Housing & Economic Development, MSquared has unparalleled experience in the public and private sectors and is uniquely positioned to implement its strategy.

Our projects combine market-rate homes with homes that are affordable to a wide range of incomes, allowing families the money they need for basic necessities and giving all households access to high quality community resources. While other platforms are beginning to incorporate ESG and Impact mandates into their strategies, driving social impact and financial performance is our strategy.
